CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — No important weather changes are expected the next several days, as isolated-to-widely-scattered showers and thunderstorms accompany breezy, warm and humid conditions over the Coastal Bend.
Father's Day plans should be unencumbered by weather patterns.
A gusty, southeasterly breeze will keep Gulf moisture in place even though upper-level conditions do not favor widespread showers and thunderstorms through Thursday.
As we approach the weekend, weak mid- and upper-level instability will enhance rain chances, so isolated-to-widely-scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected.
More favorable rain chances will persist through the middle of next week.
Highs will remain in the upper 80s to lower 90s, with lows in the middle to upper 70s.
