CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — Persistent surface high pressure over the southeastern U.S. is combining with a weak upper level pattern to bring fair to partly cloudy but slightly humid conditions to the Coastal Bend, and the pattern should persist well into next week. Cold fronts Tuesday and Friday will have little impact. Weak upper level disturbances Tuesday and Thursday night will allow cold fronts to enter South Texas, but little cold air behind the fronts will render them only wind shifts with little temperature difference. The late-week front will have sufficient moisture to produce isolated showers, however. Highs will remain in the 80s, with lows in the 60s.
