We’re no stranger to heat and humidity by this point in the year, but the winds have been a little strong lately. They should start to relax later this week.
High temperatures will be in the 90s across the area through the end of the week, but the humidity will make it feel like it is well over 100 degrees.
The winds will relax for the first time in several days. Wind speeds will be falling to around 15 mph by Thursday afternoon and they look to stay low through the weekend.
We’re really scraping the bottom of the barrel when it comes to rain chances, but Thursday will have the possibility to bring a shower or two to our northern most counties. Unfortunately, this leaves Corpus Christi out of the rain chances.
