While the details are still being refined, another round of rain chances may be looming for the weekend.
Thursday: Some afternoon sun
The day will start cloudy before becoming sunnier in the afternoon. Our high will be in the mid-80s.
Weekend rain chances: Keyword is “chance”
There is high uncertainty in the weekend forecast, but what is certain is that there will at least be the “chance” of rain. A potent weather system will enter Texas on Saturday, producing storms. As of now, the storms mostly look to stay north of the Coastal Bend. However, that doesn’t mean we won’t see anything.
On Sunday, a second burst of fuel will move into the atmosphere which could lead to another chance for storms. As of now, Sunday looks to have a better chance of storms than Saturday. However, there is still a decent amount of uncertainty in this. As time moves forward, the details should become much clearer. Stay tuned!
