Here’s how the Wheel of Shame works: we spin the wheel and it lands on a fugitive’s mugshot.
The reward amount for that person is raised to $500 for the month.
The people featured on the Wheel of Shame are accused of committing felony crimes.
This week the wheel landed on Victor Dennis.
Dennis is wanted on a motion to revoke probation for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
He was born on October 23,1973, he’s 5’07”, 160 pounds, has brown hair and green eyes.
