We have new information on some Troubleshooter stories we reported.
Eliseo Ortiz and the city utility office resolved his huge bill.
It had gone from an average of less than $100.00 to $1000.00.
So he called the Troubleshooters.
We called the utility office and they called Ortiz.
And now he tells us his bill is no longer 1-thousand dollars and he’s pretty happy about that.
That makes this a Troubleshooters case closed.
