A man is recovering following a shooting on the city's southside.
This happened just before Sunday morning at 2:30 a.m. near the intersection of Staples Street and Holly.
Police found one man with a gunshot wound.
There has been no update on his condition since he was taken to the hospital
Officers say they have a suspect in custody, although they don't know why the victim was shot.
