CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A 21-year-old woman was shot and killed last night as she drove near Moody High School.
Police got the call around 9:30 p.m. on Thursday.
They found the victim at Trojan and Greenwood but investigators say she was actually shot a few blocks away, near Misty and Moody. That location is in front of Moody High School. The medical examiner says she was shot in the stomach.
The victim was taken to a local hospital where she later died. She has been identified by the medical examiner as Jasmine Ozuna.
Police questioned a passenger who was riding with the woman, but at this time they have no suspect information. And investigators don't know if Ozuna was shot intentionally or by accident.
