CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Two teens, who were charged in the shooting death of a 21-year-old woman this summer, will not face trial.

Assistant district attorney, Matt Manning, confirmed Tuesday that the grand jury declined to indict Isaac Molina and 18-year-old David Molina. Both were 18 years old when they were arrested on suspicion of murder three months ago.

On August 15, 21-year-old Jasmine Ozuna was struck by a bullet as she drove down Misty Drive near Moody High School. She was hit in the stomach and later died at the hospital.
