CORPUS CHRISTI — The man killed while trying to cross a busy roadway last week has been identified.
The medical examiner says he's a 38-year-old Nicholas Hinton of Corpus Christi.
Hinton died after being hit by a car on Weber Road near Tiger Lane on Wednesday night. He was not using a crosswalk.
33-year-old Guadalupe Treviño is charged with intoxication manslaughter and possession of marijuana. Treviño's bond is set at $500,000.
