The same night CCPD Officer Alan McCollum was killed, one other officer was injured during that same traffic stop.
Ofc. Michael Love, who has been with the CCPD since 2017, suffered a pelvic injury.
Love was just released from the hospital yesterday, and attended the funeral of his fallen colleague Thursday.
Love used a walker to attend the service, and was helped into a wheelchair as attendees left for the burial.
