A family that lost everything in last week's storage facility fire will have a Merry Christmas after all.
"When i found out, i was just like 'No, Lord Jesus, please let that not be true," said Angela Rodriguez, the familly's matriarch.
The Rodriguez family currently is staying at The Salvation Army.
They had all their belonging stored at the U-Haul storage facility.
They were about to move into a place of their own and lost it all.
But now the family is celebrating their own Christmas miracle.
"This was our first Christmas where I could actually see them open gifts and see the smiles on their faces," said family patriarch Carlos Rodriguez. "It was such a warming feeling."
Another local family, who dealt with homelessness a decade ago, donated those gifts to the Rodriguez family.
They said they understand what it's like to be homeless and this was their way of giving back.
