CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Brewster Street Ice House is opening its newest location on the south side. It's at the corner of Staples Street and Holly Road.
Last night, a soft opening was held for friends and family of their new employees. The official opening is Tuesday, July 23. The restaurant will open at 11 a.m. in time for lunch crowds. The venue has an outdoor playground, a beer garden inside, and more.
"We got a huge deck where you can put out on the picnic table and enjoy food or drinks. Basically we brought a taste of the Austin Hill Country right here to the Corpus Christi south side area," said Mark Shaber, Operations Partner for Brewster Street.
Along with good music, customers will be able to enjoy all of the same menu options offered at the downtown location.
