There’s been a delay in Judge Guy Williams ’ public intoxication case.

A hearing set for that case in Municipal Court has been pushed back to June, because of issues with a witness who was subpoenaed.

The charge is related to an incident more than a year ago on the Island.

Judge Williams was a passenger in a car involved in an accident.

Police say Williams pushed a fire captain who tried to check his condition.

In court today, Williams ’ attorney asked that none of Williams’ other pending criminal charges be discussed in the upcoming trial.

Williams was arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest.
