The Corpus Christi Regional transit Authority today announced temporary detours for select bus routes on due to the Buc Days NavyArmy Night Parade.
According to the RTA website, 11 bus routes will be affected by theparade on May 4.
The parade is expected to begin at 8 p.m. on Saturday, and the RTA says buses will run on their normally scheduled routes until parade officials call for the temporary detours to be put in place.
The following routes will see detours:
Route 6: (will continue as planned for the rest of the day approximately every 30 minutes)
- Continue on Carancahua to Lipan
- Left on Lipan to Courthouse service stop # 1514
- Continue from service stop to Waco
Left on Waco to Comanche - Left on Comanche to Tancahua
- Right on Tancahua to regular route
Route 12:
- Continue inbound on Winnebago
- Stop at service stop # 1194 before Sam Rankin (Layover Time)
- Left on Sam Rankin to Lobo
- Right on Lobo to Staples
Right on Staples to Winnebago - Right on Winnebago to regular route outbound
Route 16:
- Continue on Morgan to 3rd Street
- Left on 3rd Street
- Continue on 3rd St onto Carancahua
