Teachers, staff, and students at Orange Grove Primary School gave a member of our military a very special homecoming today.

Chief Petty Officer Brandon Collier has been deployed with the Navy for the past eight months. He’s on leave so today he surprised his two children who attend the school.

The school gave him a big welcome home celebration.

“I’m super happy, I have a short amount of time to spend with them but it’s going be great and I thank God for the opportunity to see them again,” said Collier.

CPO Collier is a native of the coastal bend. He graduated from Moody High School.
