Police are investigating an apparent pedestrian fatality on Highway 286 going northbound. Traffic has slowed down considerably.
Police say someone appeared to be crossing the Crosstown Expressway when they were hit by a car. Officers have blocked two inside lanes on the freeway between Morgan St. exit and Agnes.
