An initiative aiming to keep drunk drivers off the road kicks off this weekend.
During the annual No Refusal DWI initiative, drivers who refuse a breathalyzer will have to undergo a mandatory blood test.
There is, however, another option. Apollo Towing is once again offering a free tow and a ride home for drivers who over indulge.
The free tow offer is available for people in Corpus Christi, Portland and Robstown, and runs from Dec. 21 through Jan. 1.
