With Christmas just seven days away, it is projected to be the busiest week of the year for mailing and shipping.
UPS anticipates to deliver an average of 35 million packages a day this week. That’s about an additional one million packages a day compared to last year.
But if you want those presents to arrive on time you need to hurry.
PostNet in Portland will be opened until Friday at 6pm. The business offers gift wrapping if you do not have time.
Managers tell Action 10 News, they saw an increase in the number of people shipping gifts this year.
