Rick Roll is an outspoken man; especially when it comes to election time.

“Everyone should get involved in politics,” said Roll.

He was enjoying National Night out with some of his neighbors last night, when something happened.

“Suddenly a guy gets out of his car, runs across my front yard, and then runs back to his car gets in his car and starts driving towards us,” said Roll.

Roll claims a young man tore down a homemade political sign he has posted on his house.

When the kid drove off, Rolls blocked the street with his chair and confronted the young man.

“Go up to the side window and say ‘what were you doing in my yard? And the guy peels rubber and drives off real fast,” said Roll.

Putting a political sign in your yard is your right. It’s also your right who you want to support. But if you go on someone’s property and steal of these signs or deface one of these signs you are breaking the law.

CCPD refused to comment on the video.

As for Roll, well, he is going to continue to put up his signs

“All of my signs I’ve had up here have been funny and my neighbors laugh. Viral on Instagram,” said Roll.
