A man has been picked up for suspicion of murder after another man’s body was found on a sidewalk in Flour Bluff.
The body was found by a woman just after 11 p.m. on the 10000 block of South Padre Island Drive. She immediately called police who confirmed that the man was dead when they arrived.
Then, just after 6 a.m., officers with the Corpus Christi Police Department picked up a man for suspicion of murder in connection to the death on the same block that the body was found. He is being taken to the main station to be interviewed by criminal investigators at this time.
