Shelters were at capacity before the rain hit. But don’t worry, this is a team effort to make sure our city’s homeless are taken care of.
The city is working in conjunction with the shelters to try and house everyone.
This afternoon the Red Cross did open a shelter it’s located at Trinity Lutheran Church on Louisiana.
We’re told there are volunteers to provide warm meals and a safe dry place to sleep for anyone.
