CORPUS CHRISTI – The Nueces County Medical Examiner’s Office has released the name of a person whose body was found floating near the USS Lexington.
Investigators say 29-year-old Domingo Ogando’s body was found Sunday afternoon.
According to police, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say Ogando’s cause of death is still undetermined because state autopsy test results are still pending.
Investigators are not sure how long Ogando’s body was in the water.
Investigators also added they found fishing equipment near him
