A mother who police say waited about two hours to call 9-1-1 after finding her son unresponsive will appear in court today.
This will be Amanda Piñon’s third court hearing to ask that her bond be reduced.
It currently sits at one million dollars.
Piñon was arrested last June after telling police she found her son,
Athen cold and not breathing at their home on Robin Drive.
She is charged with capital murder.
