Here’s how the Wheel Of Shame works: we spin the wheel and it lands on a fugitive’s mugshot.
The reward amount for that person is raised to $500 for the month.
The people featured on the wheel of shame are accused of committing felony crimes.
This week the wheel landed on Stephen Johnson.
Johnson is wanted on a motion to revoke probation for driving while intoxicated 3rd or more.
He was born on April 1,1968, he’s 5’08", 180 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes.
