There’s a lot of Spurs fans around these parts, so this is for you.  Guard Danny Green is here in town.

He was over at Corpus Christi Bay Outlets shaking hands and kissing babies.

In case you didn’t know, Mr. Green holds the record for most three point field goals made in an NBA finals.

He’s knows for perimeter defense and three point shooting and he is passing those skills along to little ballers in Texas.

The Danny Green Skills Clinic in Corpus Christi will be held tomorrow and Saturday, it is the fourth stop on his Texas tour.

He will visit El Paso next and finish the tour at his alma mater the University of North Carolina, where he did win a NCAA Championship he is one of of the few players who can boast both a college and NBA championship ring.

"We’ll be teaching some basketball, offensive and defensive fundamentals. Life lessons and trying to have a lot of fun with the kids. Hopefully a great turnout. We always get a great turnout here.Corpus Christi shows us a lot of love," said Danny Green.

He’s not lying, this is the 6th year of the skills clinicwhich takes place at Incarnate Word gym tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Parents wanting their kids to attend, can just get there a little early and sign up.

As for all that Kawhi Leonard drama, here’s Green’s take:

"I’m not good at predicting, I’m not good at guessing and I’m not gonna start today," said Green.
