Who says there is no such thing as a free lunch?
Kids can have one every weekday at the Molina Neighborhood Center.
"We have a lot of things going on . First and foremost we have a free lunch program that’s incorporated in to our recreation program. we have free lunches from 11:30-1:00 said Neighborhood Center Director, Cesar Flores.
It’s a nutritious lunch too.
Mikayla Johnson and her sister show up every day.
Whats the best thing you like about coming here? "We get to eat and play games," said Johnson.
Lillian Guerra likes coming here as well
What did you have for lunch today? "We had some vegetables some meat on the side banana and milk,, was it good? Really good," said Guerra.
"For $15 the entire summer you can come and not only get free lunch, but you can play outside. We have volleyball, we got 4 squares we got checkers, pool tables. Every Friday the kids have a fun Friday"
And if that is not enough.. there is still time to sign up for the HEB Camp. July 22nd till the 25th., the cost is $90, but there are ways you can earn your way for free.
