Wells Fargo customers are upset with their bank and taking to Twitter this afternoon to give the bank a piece of their mind. The reason customers are heated? Their Visa bank cards weren’t working and customers were told their cards were declined.
Wells Fargo posted a message on Twitter in the afternoon after customers were calling the bank to find out why their cards were being declined at restaurants, gas stations and ATM’s.
Some customers responded to the post with questions as to why the bank chose to post the news on Twitter as opposed to contacting customers directly either through email or text messages.
There is no word yet on what is causing the problem with the cards or when it will be resolved.
