A fast food restaurant customer in Houston was appalled at an incident she saw over the weekend.

She said a man made a racially-charged insult against a Hispanic employee.

The female customer recorded the scene and posted it on Facebook.

Facebook video: "Buy a bus ticket back wherever you came from. We came to order here. She told my son no. She lied her /bleeped/ off."

A Jack-in-the-Box customer couldn’t believe what was happening Saturday in front of her nine-year-old daughter.

"I’m Hispanic, okay so that was very offensive, that was uncalled for," said a customer who took the video.

She says she started recording after seeing the situation escalate.

She says it started with the man’s son trying to get a free burger as part of promotional deal and it appears he was denied

Then his father walked in upset.

Facebook video: "You’re going to get fired."

But the final straw for the woman recording was this:

Facebook video: "Goodbye. Buy you a ticket back to Mexico."

"To me that was just a show of racism. It just felt as if he was saying it to me. I didn’t speak out to him in a verbal altercation because my daughter was there, she’s nine," the female customer told media.

She talked to her nine-year-old daughter about what happened.

Her little girl- had some big insight.

"It’s inappropriate, that language is not acceptable for children that are there, cause there were more families than us that have children," said the customer’s daughter.

"I hope that we just accept each other for who we are and understand that this county is made up of so many cultures and so many people that," said the customer.

CNN affiliate KTRK reached out to Jack-in-the Box for comment, but hasn’t heard back so far.
