Fire crews responded to a fire at Blucher park shortly after 11:30 a.m.
According to Corpus Christi Fire Department officials, the blaze started when a tree caught fire.
Ashes from the fire also spread to other downtown areas.
No injuries were reported. There's no word on how the fire started.
