The United Way of the Coastal Bend received more support for its COVID-19 fund, and now it’s looking for eligible nonprofits to help.
Area nonprofits can use the money to provide food, rent, utility assistance and other direct services to area residents affected by the pandemic.
So far, the United Way of the Coastal Bend has assisted more than 30 organizations that provide services to 90,000 Coastal Bend residents.
