Here's how the Wheel of Shame works: we spin the wheel and it lands on a fugitive's mugshot.
The reward amount for that person is raised to $500 for the month.
The people featured on the wheel of shame are accused of committing felony crimes.
This week the Wheel landed on Manuel Lopez III.
Lopez is wanted for assault family violence.
He was born on Aug, 2, 1985, He is 5-feet-6-inches tall and weighs 195 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
