Here's how the Wheel Of Shame works: we spin the wheel and it lands on a fugitive's mugshot.
The reward amount for that person is raised to $500 for the month.
The people featured on the Wheel of Shame are accused of committing felony crimes.
This week the Wheel landed on James Donohoo.
Donohoo is wanted on a motion to revoke probation for deadly conduct discharging a firearm.
He was born on March 4, 1979, he's 5'10", 160 pounds, has blonde hair and hazel eyes.
