Wheel of Shame: August 8th

Every Wednesday, Action 10 News teams up with Crime Stoppers and the Nueces County Sheriff’s Office to put Nueces County’s most wanted fugitives behind bars.

Here’s how the Wheel of Shame works: we spin the wheel and it lands on a fugitive’s mugshot.

The reward amount for that person is raised to $500 for the month.

The people featured on the wheel of shame are accused of committing felony crimes.

This week the wheel landed on Sean Hines.

Wheel of Shame Fugitive: Sean Hines

Hines is wanted on a motion to revoke probation for evading arrests with a previous conviction.

He was born on April 30,1994, he’s 5’04”, 155 pounds, has blonde hair and blue eyes.
