New information tonight on yesterday’s Troubleshooters report.
Turns out Javier Hernandez, the contractor Zafar Igbal had hired and paid to do some work on his home was in jail.
Igbal told us the job wasn’t done.
And what was done, wasn’t done very well.
Today we’ve learned Hernandez was just released from the Nueces County Jail last Thursday.
He’d been in there since August 28th on a charge of indecency with a child sexual contact.
He’s out on a fifteen thousand dollar bond.
