A man who has been the subject of several Troubleshooters reports over the past 8 years, had a date in court this morning. And he wasn’t overjoyed to see us in court this morning.
Augustine Balboa III runs a business called AB Appliance Repair.
He’s facing a charge of exploitation of a child, elderly, or disabled.
A third degree felony.
He’s accused of collecting money for parts and repair services, but never providing the service.
He also faces a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
His trial on both charges has been set for October 15th in the 105th District Court.
