Earning a spot on the A- list with a 99 is Whataburger located at 7434 Staples.
Taqueria Arandas a food truck scored a 99.
Hooters located at 4551 South Padre Island Drive scored a 98.
Whataburger located at 6817 South Padre Island Drive scored a 97.
Nuevo Café located at 1124 Ayers scored a 97.
Catfish Charlies located at 5830 Mcardle scored a 97.

Violations included chicken and hamburger patties kept at the wrong temperature, insert pans needed to be washed thoroughly, employees were not washing hands, all refrigeration units were kept at the wrong temperature, left over food was not labeled, no thermometers, employees were not wearing hair or beard restraints, wiping towels were not stored properly, bowls were used to dispense dry goods, silverware was not stored properly, souffle cups were used to dispense condiments, the kitchen was to dark, trash bin needs to be covered and free of surrounding trash, missing floor tiles need to be replaced and there was standing water on the floor.
