CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Two popular restaurants earned a spot on the B-list in Thursday's edition of the Kitchen Cops.

Southern Charm Event & Catering located at 5385 County Road 52 scored a 100.

Several booths and restaurants at the the Waves Resort of Corpus Christi located at 14353 Commodores were inspected.

Pour Haus scored a 100.

Dippin Dots scored a 100.

Palapa Cove scored a 98.

Tug Boat Grill scored a 97.

Veranda scored a 95.

Also earning a spot on the A- list with a 99 is the Yardarm Restaurant located at 4310 Ocean Drive.

Subway located at 5626 Leopard scored a 98.

Hornsby's Seafood & Mo located at 2202 Agnes scored a 98.

Church's Fried Chicken located at 735 Lum scored a 96.

PF Changs China Bistro located at 5488 South Padre Island Drive scored a 95.

Nano's Taco Run located at 4722 Holly scored a 94.

Longhorn Steakhouse located at 5488 South Padre Island Drive scored a 94.

McDonald's located at 3211 South Padre Island Drive scored a 92.

Linda's Mexican Restaurant located at 4033 Gollihar scored a 91.

Fajitaville located at 221 Hotel Place scored a 90.

Taqueria Jalisco #4 located at 5322 Everhart scored a 90.

Dropping down to the B- list with an 89 is Hester's Café & Coffee Bar located at 3812 Alameda in Lamar Park.

Violations included all insert pans needed to be washed thoroughly, chemical spray bottles were not labeled or stored properly, no hot water at women's restroom hand washing sink or the front hand washing sink, gnats, shrimp was not thawed properly and souffle cups were used to dispense condiments.

Texas Flame Steakhouse located at 4535 South Padre Island Drive scored an 88.

Health inspectors found ribs and rice kept at the wrong temperature, a dirty can opener, a dirty soda nozzle, hand washing sink was used for other tasks, employees were not wearing hair restraints or beard restraints, employee drinking cups needed lids, wiping towels were not stored properly, food was not covered, food was on the floor and scoops were not stored properly.
