NUECES COUNTY, Texas — Tropical Storm Beta is being blamed for flooding near the Intracoastal Waterway.
The parking lot for Red Dot Pier Bait and Tackle was underwater from Beta's storm surge.
The water is almost level with the shop's door.
If you are headed out to the Island, please watch out for water on the roads.
