The Texas State Aquarium says they will reopen to the public.
In an announcement, officials stated, "The Texas State Aquarium is working closely with local officials on the ground to provide safe routes of access to the facility. After reviewing both the latest Storm Geo forecast and the Weather Underground precipitation models, the Aquarium will reopen today, Tuesday, September 22nd, at noon."
