A suspect allegedly involved in numerous burglaries has been arrested and the other suspect is still at large.
The Duval County Sheriff’s Office, the San Diego police Department, the Jim Wells County Sheriff’s Office, and the Benavides Police Department have arrested a male suspect for Burglary of Vehicle. The other suspect is still out there.
27-year-old Gilberto Gonzalez Junior, originally from San Diego, Texas, and a 16-year-old juvenile from Alice are believed to be involved in several vehicle burglaries that occurred within the past two weeks.
Gonzalez is currently in Duval County Jail, but police are still looking for the other suspect.
