Traffic will be snarled because of street closures required for the new Harbor Bridge construction.
A stretch of Winnebago Street has been shut down because of construction on the New Harbor Bridge.
In fact, that stretch has been closed permanently from Sam Rankin to Coke Street.
The closure went into effect Friday.
Pedestrians will still be able to access the neighborhood by using a new sidewalk along Lake Street.
Traffic now will be detoured onto Martin Luke King Drive, North Port Avenue and North Staples.
