CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Miller Bucs will head to the Alamodome in San Antonio for their big playoff football game against the Southwest Dragons.

An alum of the school has stepped up to provide transportation to the game so fans can support the team.

Once alum Belinda Arriaga saw that the Miller Buccaneers will head to the Alamodome in San Antonio, she says missing the game was not an option.

However, she stopped and thought about the many fans that would love to show their support as well, but may not have any transportation.

So she stepped in.

“It's very important for us to support our community and our local football teams I'm very surprised that I even have a counselor from back in 1975 that's going to join us, so we have a lot of alumni that's going to go support Corpus Christi,” says Arriaga.

For twenty-five dollars per seat, Belinda was able to fill two whole charter busses!

The money collected was handed over to staff with the Distance Brothers Transportation Services.

“We're happy that Belinda came to us, and that we have something available for her we're really proud to be transporting the fans to the game,” says Manager Drew Anderwald.

Before 108 fans hit the road, Drew Anderwald with the transportation service was able to provide Belinda with a walkthrough.

Belinda says she worked very hard to put the pieces to the puzzle.

She also says these young athletes have a community that stands and supports them.

Distance Brothers Services, Inc is located at 414 Navigation Blvd, Corpus Christi, TX 78408.
