The Portland Fire Department will be receiving a brand new fire truck.
"We are very excited to see our Tower 2 truck! We will be happy when it arrives and is ready to serve," the Portland Fire Department posted.
A few members of Portland's Fire Department were there for the final inspection last week.
The truck is a new Pierce Velocity 100' rear mount aerial platform from PierceMfG and Siddons-Martin Emergncy Group. The ladder has red, white, and blue lights all the way to the top.
