Corpus Christi police had to shut down lanes of the Harbor Bridge after a man walked to the top it.
The man walked on to the bridge around 1:45 pm Saturday afternoon.
Police blocked off the inside and middle lanes of the bridge around 1:50 pm heading to North Beach and Portland.
But after a few minutes, police had to close the remaining northbound lane and all lanes on the other side of the bridge heading into Corpus Christi.
Corpus Christi police officers are working a call on the harbor bridge. Two of the three northbound lanes are closed and traffic is starting to back up on IH 37. Please be patient and if possible use another route.
