A local museum went with a Doctor Seuss theme for it's holiday event today.

Dozens of families enjoyed "Holidays at the Who-seum."

The event happened Saturday at the Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History.

There were loads of activities for kids including gingerbread house-building, crafts, and booths with information on Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanza.

The event drew in one family who's back in Corpus Christi from California.

"I'm actually enjoying it," said parent Heather Palacios, "This is our first time here. We're from here but we don't live here anymore. So, we wanted to bring them out and see Santa and the Grinch. And do a little bit of art work."

It was free to get in for museum members. It was ten dollars for everyone else.
