CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Dozens of drivers took advantage of Apollo Towing's free services this holiday season. Apollow Towing gave free tows and rides to drivers who may have had too much to drink.
Their final count shows they gave 39 free tows during their No Excuses campaign.
The campaign ran from December 20 to New Years Day.
Apollo vice president Mike Staff says the company towed 26 vehicles from the start of the program to December 29 and another 13 on December 30 throught New Years Day.
Staff says he's happy that those drivers made a plan before they began drinking and stuck with it.
