Fire Department releases t-shirts for cancer awareness

The Corpus Christi Fire Department has some new shirts for this year's C.A.R.E campaign.

C.A.R.E stands for Cancer Awareness Relief Effort. The non-profit 501(c)3 organization has been selling T-shirts for the cause since 2009 and donated over half a million dollars to the American Cancer Society, Driscoll Children's Hospital, First Friday, Triumph Over Cancer, as well as local firefighters and their families who are battling cancer.
