CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Former Corpus Christi doctor Jaime Sandoval is back Nueces County.
Sandoval was transferred from Miami to Nueces County this morning where he appeared in court.
U.S. Marshals found Sandoval in Panama just over a week ago.
He had been on the run since late June when he cut off his ankle monitor.
He was on probation for that intoxication assault charge related to a road-rage incident nearly two years ago.
Sandoval pled guilty earlier this year to a 2017 groping charge. He now faces new accusations of improper behavior with a former patient.
Sandoval remains in jail without bond.
