District Attorney seeks help finding witness in capital murder case

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Nueces County District Attorney's Office is asking for the public's help looking for a witness in a capital murder case.

The D.A.'s office is looking for Christopher Vincent. He stands 5' 6" at approximately 130 lbs.

First Assistant District Attorney, Matt Manning, says he is a witness in a 2018 murder case. On March 14, 2018, Corpus Christi Police said multiple suspects broke into a home on Coleman Avenue and shot two people. Deandre Mathis, 19, died from gunshot wounds.

Ricardo Acuna, Ariana Carbajal, and Ismael Castillo are accused of taking part in the home invasion. A trial is slated to begin on September 30.
